Broad-spectrum, systemic and contact fungicide, specially designed for use as a therapeutic seed treatment.\u00a0Provides fungal control of corn, sorghum, soybeans, sunflower, peanuts, peas, white beans and cotton seeds and those present in the soil.\u00a0Protects germination and initial development of the crop, allowing the establishment of an optimal plant stand.<\/span><\/p>\n

It contains two active ingredients in its formulation: fludioxonil and metalaxyl with two different modes of action.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fludioxonil, belonging to the phenylpyrroles group, is a broad-spectrum contact fungicide, with residual activity.\u00a0Controls seed and soil fungi, belonging to the Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes classes.\u00a0Its fungicidal action results from the interference it carries out in the osmotic regulation process of the cell membranes of the fungi, which causes the rupture of the cells.<\/span><\/p>\n

For its part, metalaxyl, belonging to the chemical class of phenylamides, is a specific fungicide against Oomycetes.\u00a0It penetrates the seed coat and is systematically translocated to all parts of the plant during germination.\u00a0It acts by interfering with the protein synthesis process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to these characteristics, it provides control over several diseases, acting against both damping-off and root diseases, caused by the fungi Pythium spp., Phytophtora spp., Penicillium spp., Fusarium spp.\u00a0and Rhizoctonia solani, as well as the seed fungi Cercospora kikuchii, Phomopsis spp., Alternaria spp., Rhizopus spp.\u00a0, Aspergillus spp.\u00a0and Cercospora sojina.<\/span><\/p>\n
